Promote action at international level to prevent sale of surveillance and censorship technology to authoritarian regimes
Ensure application of Council Common Position on export of listed military technology and equipment
Promote implementation of the guidance for ICT/telecommunications companies on business and human rights
Engage in Internet Governance Forum and World Summit on the Information Society Forums
Encourage partner countries to initiate legislative changes on privacy and data protection
Capacity building of human rights defenders, journalists, media actors
Facilitate coordination and consultations with international and local stakeholders
Facilitate exchange of good practices with third countries
Provide technical assistance to third countries to develop unhindered and safe access to Internet
Ensure application of Council Common Position on export of listed military technology and equipment
Adherence to recommendations of the Council of Europe and UNESCO on media and internet freedom
Facilitate exchange of good practices with third countries for legislative reform
